About Me...

From birth I've had a flair for performing. Though I am an introvert at heart I have always loved performing, whether it be on stage, in the living room, car, the great outdoors, and occasionally the classroom. I will sing, make up parodies, dance, put on voices and jokes. My love for performing led to school plays and chorus performances as well as improv and acting classes. I performed as a paid actress in middle school at or local theatre's production of A Christmas Carol (which was a huge deal!) and I was invited to take part in Performing and Visual Arts North West during the summer of 8th grade.

Alas, the logical side of my brain stopped pursuing acting in high school in an attempt to follow a more realistic path. This led to a bachelor's degree in Human Services Counseling with a minor in Psychology and many years trying to figure out where I belonged. I never stopped being the goober I have always been and one husband and three kids later I began hunting a career change. One day I was musing with my sister about how much fun it would be to get back into acting, (particularly voice acting as I've never enjoyed the being seen part of performing) and the next thing I knew I was doing some coaching and being persuaded that I could possibly still achieve my life long dream of being an actor.

Fast forward and here I am, living my dream and loving every second of it. I continue to take classes and receive coaching to ensure I'm performing to the best of my ability. I love every aspect of what I do except the marketing. Someone always asks "what makes you different?"  "what makes you special?" As far as I'm concerned I am surrounded by hundreds of insanely talented people who could do just as good if not a better job than me. That being said, I will always provide every client with exactly what they're looking for and more when possible, even if that means referring them to a colleague! It's not about me, it's about making the characters and vision come to life in the best way possible.
